It is Turkey's first and largest public-private partnership project, as well as an innovative and inspiring project that has been awarded the "Best City Renewal in Europe" award. With a construction area of 154,591 m2 and a façade length of 220 meters, the project consists of 9 buildings and 843 units surrounded by conceptual streets full of carefully designed residential, office, retail and social spaces.
The project, which consists of 130 offices, 564 residential units, 9 freestanding buildings, 148 commercial units and a 110-room Canopy by Hilton hotel, also has parking for 550 vehicles.

The project has been designed with all the needs of modern life in mind and has been implemented while preserving the traces of Taksim's ancient cultural life. Houses with bay windows that come to mind when it comes to "Old Istanbul", stone buildings that amaze with their craftsmanship, historical gates, churches, roads, and all the buildings of the past are meticulously restored.

The project was designed using a horizontal architectural approach that does not spoil the silhouette of the city, but gives it value and preserves the historical structure. With this design approach, aimed at improving the quality of life in every sense, the project offers, integrated into everyday life, a natural living experience, connecting you with social life as soon as you leave your home or office.

As the name suggests, the project has a 360-degree view of Taksim. A few steps and you are on Istiklal Street, a few more steps and you are in Nişantaşı, the historical peninsula is very close, the metro is right next to you.
